Going Green

Sat. We went to the St. Patty's Day Parade. We were late (you know, I was up late partying, and wasn't moving too fast that am) and we didn't get a great spot . . . THAT is until someone up and left a bench wide open for us. Yeah for us. (this is MJ covering her ears because of the Harley's)

We made sure to wear our Hafen for Mayor shirts.

MJ liked the clown garbage can . . . not so much the real clown though.

Water Polo

Friday we (MJ and I) got ambitious and drove to Cedar City to watch our cousin Garrett play in a water polo tournament. It was pretty much awesome. Garrett did a great job and it was so much fun to watch. He is such a super bueno guy.

I am so glad we went. (Even when it was midnight and we were still driving home).

We headed over the the big town of Vernal to check out the Dinosaur museum. I have to admit, it was pretty cool.

How do you know you are loved??

I am at my in-laws visiting with the girls. Sammie my Mannie was nice enough to come with me so I don't have to drive with two little travelers by myself.

So Jens is in the tub having the time of her life. I am having a great time letting Grandma bath the girls while I read. I look up and Grandma is in the hall with Jens and says "You need to get this one, and I will get the other mess." So I get Jens, and realize the other mess is CRAP! Yep, Jens must have been pretty relaxed in the tub because she let loose, and pooped all over in the tub. And Grandma cleaned it up. Now that is true love. :)

ok, So the real story is I have this awesome friend to make the coolest stuff ever. And, anything that I could get from her would be full of awesomeness. Red Rocks!!

We went with the play group to do a little hike at Red Rock, and it was so much fun. Sam (who I am starting to call my Mannie)was awesome and made the trip so much better/easier.

the Silver Lining

My Grandpa passed away in December. He was amazing at "tinkering" which led to lots of tools. My Grandma was gracious enough to let Mark take the tools- I would tell you what they all are, but I really don't know. There was only one tricky part, where to put them. But Mark worked his magic and has managed to put them in a space literally 1/8 from where they came from. So, now hopefully this will be followed by some posts of what Mark has made.

Jens 1st hair cut

One of the smartest, funniest, awesomest person in the world once told me, don't get mad, get blogger (thanks Lis). So here it is for today:

I was being so good today and did Jens hair. Cute little pony on tip top of her cute little head. And, it actually lasted about 3 hours until she took it out.

I was doing stuff in the office, and I should have known it was too quite. Jens came to me and had hair on her face. And her hair looks like this:

So I out it in an evleope and marked it "Jens 1st haircut by MJ"

Poor Jens, the girl had little to no hair to being with. ALLWELL :)
