Hoogle ZOOOO

I love Zoos.  I was so excited to live near a good one! We (MJ, Jens, Mac, Auntie Em, Ben, Sofie, Eddie and I) Made a trip to the Hoogle Zoo.  I was pretty excited to go because i used to go when I was little with my Grandma Kathryn.  It has changed a lot since I was there last- for the better.

Another one is out

At the Lemon reunion Maissie had another tooth that was just barely hanging in her mouth.  When we go back to Grandma and Grandpa Lemon's she pulled it out!

Lemon Family Reunion

Despite all the rain and storms we had a great time at the Lemon Reunion!  The organizers did a great job at getting some good food and fun games put together.

We had to come up with activities- Mac liked the shower cap but the big hit was the vacuum.

We spent the night in the cabins (I know, my kind of camping)  but we still had fun with flashlights

The hammock was so much fun.  I think the kids spent hours in it.

We stopped at the DAM before we went home.  It was VERY full.

The grandparents were nice enough to watch the kids while we (Mark, Em, and I) rafted the Green River.  Because the water was so full we made it down the river in about half the time as usual.  The three of us managed the big raft!

A visit from Laura and Makenna

Laura brought Makenna all the way up the mountain to see us while they were in Utah.  It was great! Maissie was so happy to see and play with Makenna.  They seemed to pick up right where they left off.  We really miss them!!

The RACE- Red White and Blue fun run

We decided to have a fun run at the ranch- hopefully something that will be continued in the future.  I thought it was a great success.  I was so please how well all the participants did.

This is Jens finishing the race.  Maissie was ahead of us most of the time.  Jens decided she wanted to beat Maissie, so when Maissie stopped to talk to the horses, Jens sprinted ahead to finish!
But then she saw Mark coming and she ran to him so she could finish with him.

Hafen Family Reunion

It was my family's turn to host the Hafen Family Reunion this year.  So we thought we would do it at the ranch over the 4th of July.  We had a firework show that most cities would die for- AMAZING! And we did some other fun things too . . .

 Jens loves Great Grandpa.  She likes to sit by him when ever she can.

 We could not find Jens! She had put her self to sleep with Mac.  All that playing payed off for us.

I am sad I did not get any pictures of the firework show, Grandpa story time, or min. to win it.  BUT My awesome aunt Miya did, so I will update later.
