Gross

Mac and I were coming up the stairs and he slipped on the last step, and his top teeth knocked his bottom teeth forward and out of place.  It was gross! And lots of blood.  I called Dr. Lemon/Gpa for suggestion if I should go to the ER or dentist.  We jumped in the car and went to the dentist.  Mac couldn't bite down because the bottom three teeth were in the way, so the Dr. had to push the teeth back into place.  Mac was such a champ.  He was very patient, and didn't even cry at the Dr.

Conquering Cub award

Maissie got a Conquering Cub award this year.  She completed a bunch of goals over the school year. Mac wasn't impressed.

Jens' Flat Sarah

Jens sent out some Flat Sarah's (her teacher gave Flat Stanlys, but Jens lost him, and she liked flat Sarah better anyway).  Arthur got some great pictures for Jens to show to her class.

End of Kindergarten

First day of Kindergarten

 Despite being the very yongest in her class, Jensyn had a great Kindergarten year.  She improved a lot, and according to her teacher, she is ready for First grade. Her patriotic program was very cute. She loved/s to sing Your a Grand Old Flag.

the Malmgens are way cooler than us!

We went to hang out with the Malmgrens, and as if they couldn't be any cooler, they now have kittens.  They kids were beyond excited about them.  And even days after they were still talking about it.

climbing wall

Maissie has been doing the climbing wall at the gym we  go to.  She is pretty good at it and really enjoys it.

New concrete

We were very excited to finally get our side conrete poured.  But Mac was extremely excited about a concrete truck coming.  He even took off his super hero uniform off for a minute to check it out

Oh Mac-ee

I just can not get enough of this boy.  We have really enjoyed our alone time while the girls are at school, and Mark at work. And he cracks me up.

Sometimes he just drops tired

He loves bath time, and even asks to take a bath in th middle of the day

Jensyn goes to Grandma and Grandpa Lemons

Jensyn did have school for a couple of days because of Kindergarten testing, so she went out to Roosevelt to spend some time with the Grandparents.  I thought she might get a little homesick, but she did not seem to one bit.  It helped that we were able to facetime a couple times a day.
