Monsters University

A client that Mark works with invited us to Monsters University.  It is the best way to see a movie!

 After we treated ourselves to some delish street tacos.

Daddy gives Mac a hair cut

Mark gave Mac a haircut, and Mac loved it.  He kept giggling and saying it tickled. 

Summer fun

Jens, Mac and I went to Trafalga! 

Mac tried this once, but Jens loved it! Went 5 times

When Jens tummy got ticked, she would double over and just giggle.

Mac was being independent, and wanted to get his own pickle.  Only he couldn't open the jar.  So he brought it out to me.  He was bummed.  But the story ends well, because we had another jar.

No more training wheels!

Jensyn has been wanted to take off her training wheels for a while.  Mark took them off, and she took off!

Slumber party

The kids all wanted to sleep in our room.  When I showed Mac this picture, he was shocked that Phish wanted to slumber party too.  He got the giggles over it.

Mark did the girls hair.  I think they liked it.

Gross

Mac and I were coming up the stairs and he slipped on the last step, and his top teeth knocked his bottom teeth forward and out of place.  It was gross! And lots of blood.  I called Dr. Lemon/Gpa for suggestion if I should go to the ER or dentist.  We jumped in the car and went to the dentist.  Mac couldn't bite down because the bottom three teeth were in the way, so the Dr. had to push the teeth back into place.  Mac was such a champ.  He was very patient, and didn't even cry at the Dr.

Conquering Cub award

Maissie got a Conquering Cub award this year.  She completed a bunch of goals over the school year. Mac wasn't impressed.

Jens' Flat Sarah

Jens sent out some Flat Sarah's (her teacher gave Flat Stanlys, but Jens lost him, and she liked flat Sarah better anyway).  Arthur got some great pictures for Jens to show to her class.
