Happy #6 Jensy

Our little Jensy turned 6! We managed to spread out her Birthday over a week or so.  She was very excited about it, and planned everything out.  She wanted to go to McDonalds for lunch, then the surprise store (aka Dollar Store), and Jamba Juice after school, and 

Chucky Cheese for dinner.  And a huge bonus, Sam and Dia came for the weekend!

The girls started at a new school this year because of a zone change.  They are now Alta View Road Runners.  And Jensy started the dual immersion program.  Maissie has Mrs. Johnson who has been teaching for 30 years, and Jens had Srta Iglesias, her Spanish teacher from Barcelona, and Mrs. Conklin her English teacher who has been teaching for 30 years. The school is old and a little stinky, but it seems like the staff and faculty are great.

We had some success with our garden this year! Yeah! It is one of the perks to living in Utah. I even got some flowers to grow.

End of Summer Fun

We spent the last weekend before school started at Trafalga and roasting marshmallows in the back yard

We made our last trip of the summer to the zoo.  Only, we spent more time in the splash area than anywhere else.

Auntie Em was in Utah for her 20 yr class reunion.  We were happy to see them, and took advantage by taking them on a hike!

Garrett gets MARRIED!!

Garrett Married Anna!! And we got to be there.  It was so beautiful.  I was stressen, because we did not get home from Lagoon the night before until about 1am, and had to be dressed and gone by 730 the next morning.  But we made it! We spent the morning in Logan, and then the reception was in Ogden.

We were so happy to be a part of this special day.  We had a great lunch, then killed time seeing the movie Epic before the reception.

Lagoon!!!!

The Talbots (My Aunt Ramona and 5.75 kids) came to town! And it was nothing but a great time.  Could be that we went to Lagoon!! It was epic.  

My Aunt Ramona is nothing less than super woman.  She did Lagoon, with 5 kids, and 8 month preggers. A-mazing

Haley was the perfect height.  She was small enough for all the kiddie rides, but big enough for most of the big kid rides

Highlights of the day: Haley riding Wicked 7 times- the most of all of us. Swimming, and almost losing Ry. Ice Cream and french fries for dinner. Running, non stop from when the park opened until it closed.  Could not have been a better day!!
